Summary
Business Plan Outline Problem Statement Companies launching new products often struggle to quickly and effectively position, message, and sell, lacking structured guidance on go-to-market strategy and competitive differentiation. Target Audience B2B companies introducing new products, particularly those with small marketing/sales teams or limited go-to-market expertise. Proposed Solution A modular workflow tool that ingests product marketing material and uses AI personas to analyze value proposition, generate tailored sales assets (emails, call scripts), refine target customer profiles, and benchmark competitors. Market Analysis - Growing adoption of AI-powered sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Lavender) - Increasing demand for rapid product launches and agile go-to-market strategies - Current tools focus on communication or analytics, not end-to-end positioning guidance Key Action Steps 1. Build MVP using internal product (Mars) as test case 2. Develop modular persona system for messaging, persona identification, email/call script generation, and market analysis 3. Test with external beta customers 4. Integrate feedback, expand persona library, and refine UI for non-technical users 5. Launch paid SaaS offering targeting B2B product teams This outlines a focused, scalable plan based on your transcript.

<p>Okay, here’s the idea of the tool. Basically, it’s meant for us, but I could see it being useful for any company. The idea being, let’s say with Mars, we take all the marketing material, what we know about it, and we put that in like step one, right? And from step one, it reviews all the material that we’ve provided. It looks for what the solution is, what its strengths and weaknesses are. the specific problems it solves, the value it brings, essentially why should anybody even give a **** to even look at it or take a phone call about it? And then once those core elements in the first stage, once those have been fleshed out, we can then bring in guys like Rax Wilder or Joanna Waib or Chris Orlab and Chris Voss from like a sales perspective, right? And you can kind of come up with some basic go-to-market, strategies or ideas, maybe even do some like, if I can revise some of the logic that’s inside that workflow and have the emails specifically tailored towards mobile viewing, meaning just a catchy subject line and then like one or, one or two lines of what exactly it is that the e-mail is about. There’s no sense of writing paragraphs. Nobody reads paragraphs. You know, if it doesn’t catch them in the first one or two lines, they’re not reading it. So it doesn’t matter. Those are the only two of the two. The idea is, you know, just like with us, going out there with a product, maybe not quite understanding exactly how to position or sell it, breaking it down into a workflow, having it at least point us in the right direction, give us some ideas. there could be a persona in there that’s specifically for fine-tuning the emails, like the length, and like a persona just for overseeing the e-mail. The idea being having like four or five in there that are hot-swappable, I could take one, put one out, and each one of these personas are in there to provide some sort of special guidance, you know, one for emails, one for cold call scripts. one for understanding market fit, or maybe one for that’s specially made for identifying who the target customer might be. What would their title be at a company? What problems do they have to deal with? Why should they give a ****? But then what would also be incredibly useful is if there was another chain that was able to do, like, use deep research, and do like a competitor analysis. Okay, who are they competing against? What are their strengths and weaknesses? what’s their value and where can we attack them at? And again, think of it just for us about Mars, right? We want to make this thing specifically for Mars, but build it in a way where we can plug in any product, right? It doesn’t have to be just Mars, but if we can make this work for us, then that’s a tool right there that any company would love to get their hands on. I don’t think it would be too difficult to build the workflow. I don’t think so, but better than I do. Anyways, that’s just some thoughts what’s in my head. I’m trying to explain.</p>
